Paul D. Noble Jr., an 18-year-old from Gulfport, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on June 14, 2014, in Biloxi, MS. According to his obituary, Paul was born on June 30, 1995, and his untimely death occurred just weeks before his 19th birthday.
