Perry Bernard Nollins

In the late summer of 2014, the life of Perry Bernard Nollins, a 28-year-old Black male from Yazoo City, Mississippi, was brought to a violent and abrupt end. On the evening of August 25th, authorities discovered Nollins inside his overturned vehicle on Rainbow Street.
