Carl Junior Miller, aged 41, was tragically shot and killed on February 28, 2015, in Columbus, Mississippi. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 a.m., outside a residence at 2602 Puckett Parkway. Miller was found in a parked vehicle, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. The Columbus Police Department quickly identified and arrested Billy Lee “Boo Boo” Kennedy, Miller's second cousin, as the primary suspect in the case.
