In the early morning hours of February 28, 2015, the life of 41-year-old Carl Junior Miller, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Columbus, Mississippi. Miller, who had recently returned to Mississippi from California in October 2014, was found in a parked vehicle outside a residence on Puckett Parkway, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
