George Wilbanks, a 75-year-old man from Columbus, Mississippi, who was tragically murdered in his home on November 2, 1997. Wilbanks was found stabbed and strangled, marking his death as part of a disturbing pattern of homicides targeting elderly residents in the area between 1996 and 1998. His murder was one of five similar cases, all involving senior citizens who lived within a three-mile radius of each other.
