Marquette Trevell Woods, a 31-year-old resident of Greenwood, Mississippi, was tragically shot to death on July 26, 2015. The incident occurred near the intersection of Ash Street and Avenue H in Greenwood. Woods was one of two individuals killed in separate shootings within a 36-hour period in the city.
