Death by Force

Christopher Hailes, a 25-year-old resident of Laurel, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on August 23, 2015. The incident occurred at a Mini-Mart on Chantilly Street, where the Laurel Police Department responded to a shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers found Hailes suffering from a gunshot wound. He was initially transported to South Central Regional Medical Center and subsequently transferred to Forrest General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
