In the late summer of 2015, the life of 29-year-old Erik McElroy was tragically cut short in Jackson, Mississippi. On the evening of Sunday, August 30, 2015, McElroy was on Azalea Drive when he was fatally wounded by gunfire. The incident prompted an investigation by the Jackson Police Department, which quickly led to a breakthrough in the case.
