In the fall of 2015, a tragedy struck the community of Jackson, Mississippi, forever altering the lives of one family. Broderick Smith, a 36-year-old man, was working as the manager of the O'Reilly Auto Parts located at 2327 Livingston Road. On the evening of Wednesday, November 18, the auto parts store became the scene of a violent crime that ended in his untimely death.
