Rodney L. Odie, a 23-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on March 8, 2016. He was shot while sitting in the driver's seat of his Honda Accord in northeast Jackson. The incident occurred at the corner of Road of Remembrance and West Capitol Street. Odie suffered a single gunshot wound to the neck and was pronounced dead at the scene.
