Amber Lynn Horton, an 18-year-old from Pageland, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on June 19, 2019. The incident occurred on Highway 151 near Pageland, where Horton was a passenger in a moving vehicle. According to reports, a dark blue Dodge Charger, driven by 19-year-old Ryu Deshawn Hough, followed Horton and her friend.
