On a late Wednesday evening in June of 2019, the life of 18-year-old Amber Horton was tragically cut short. The young female was a passenger in a friend's car, traveling down Highway 151 south of Pageland, South Carolina, around 11 p.m. on June 19th, when a dark blue Dodge Charger began to follow them.
