In the summer of 2018, the life of 41-year-old Thaddeus Hamblin, a male resident of Canton, Mississippi, was cut short in a violent encounter. On the second of June, his body was discovered in the backyard of an abandoned house on Martin Luther King Drive. Investigators believe Hamblin was fleeing from an assailant on Isabella Street and was cutting through the yard when he was fatally shot.
