Marcus Hamblin, a 41-year-old barber shop owner from Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on November 25, 2018. Hamblin was shot and killed by four men wearing clown masks while he was sitting in his vehicle outside his business on Bullard Street. The incident occurred around 1 p.m., and witnesses reported hearing rapid gunfire that sounded like a machine gun. The suspects, who arrived in a dark sedan, fired multiple rounds into Hamblin's upper torso before fleeing the scene.
