On a Sunday afternoon in Jackson, Mississippi, the life of Marcus Hamblin, a 41-year-old male, was cut short in a brazen and unsettling attack. On November 25, 2018, Hamblin, the owner of the Cut City Barber Shop, was seated in his car in front of his establishment on Bullard Street when a black sedan carrying four individuals pulled up. Obscuring their identities with clown masks, the occupants of the sedan opened fire, ending Hamblin's life in a hail of bullets.
