Christopher Moncure, a 30-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2021. Moncure was an innocent bystander caught in a shootout outside the M-Bar Sports Grill on Ridgewood Court in Jackson. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m., and Moncure was struck by gunfire during the chaotic exchange.
