Atha Eldridge Falkner, a 27-year-old resident of Byhalia, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on December 9, 2018. Falkner, who worked as a forklift driver, was shot in the parking lot of a Marathon gas station in Victoria, Mississippi. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1 a.m., and despite the presence of numerous witnesses, initial reports indicated that no one came forward with information about the shooter.
