Damos Daniels, aged 37, was tragically shot and killed on April 11, 2016, in Basefield, Mississippi. The incident occurred in the gravel lot of an abandoned oil well on North Williamsburg Road. Daniels was pronounced dead at the scene, having suffered gunshot wounds to the head and upper shoulder. His wife, Megan Daniels, was critically injured in the same shooting but survived. Their two children, who were also in the car, were unharmed.
