In the afternoon hours of February 16, 2017, the life of 23-year-old Montrel Kelly, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short on McFadden Road in Jackson, Mississippi. Kelly was found having been shot multiple times, his death marking the city's 13th homicide of that year.
