Don Owens, a 29-year-old resident of Natchez, Mississippi, was tragically killed on December 17, 2018. On that fateful night, Don was at a friend's house on West Steirs Lane when he stepped outside after receiving a phone call. Moments later, multiple gunshots were heard, and Don was found shot in the back in a dark alley next to the house. His mother, Rebecca Owens, believes that her son was lured into the alley and did not see the attack coming.
