On November 24, 2019, 37-year-old Regino Ramon Santiago from Eastabuchie, Mississippi, was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the small community of Eastabuchie, located in Jones County. Santiago's death was among several gun-related fatalities reported across the United States on that day.
