Tahir Fitzhugh, a 22-year-old student from Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, was tragically killed on February 17, 2020, near Port Gibson, Mississippi. Fitzhugh, along with 19-year-old James Carr, was shot to death at "The Ark," a popular off-campus hangout frequented by Alcorn State University students.
