Demarcus Jones, aged 23, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2020, in Jackson, Mississippi. The incident occurred in the early morning hours on Edwards Avenue, where Jones was shot in the upper body. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. The shooting also resulted in another individual suffering graze wounds.
