In the early hours of August 20, 2015, the life of 49-year-old Debra Christie, a White female from Bellingham, Washington, was tragically cut short. On the deck of her apartment on Otis Street, she was fatally shot in the head with a. 32-caliber bullet. The harrowing event unfolded moments after she had introduced her 11-year-old son to the man who would be her killer, a man she knew as Raymond.
