Allena Leona Allen, aged 45, was tragically found dead on August 8, 2022, in Jackson, Mississippi. Her body was discovered behind the Evangelist Temple Church on University Boulevard. The Jackson Police Department identified her death as a homicide, marking the city's 86th such case in 2022. Allena Allen had been shot to death, and the police immediately launched an investigation to determine the motive and identify any suspects involved.
