In the early morning hours of October 27, 2018, tragedy struck in Jackson, Mississippi, when 27-year-old Cornelius Bailey was shot and killed. The incident, which also left another man critically injured, unfolded outside a residence at approximately 3:00 a.m. When law enforcement arrived at the scene, they found that Bailey had succumbed to his injuries.
