Jeffrey Gillespie, a 17-year-old from Greenwood, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2021. The incident occurred on the 200 block of Avenue H, where police responded to a call about shots fired. Upon arrival, they found Jeffrey Gillespie with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was immediately transported to Greenwood Leflore Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries early in the morning of March 2, 2021.
