RaShawn Devon Wilbert, an 11-year-old boy from Vicksburg, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on June 8, 2021. The incident occurred at a residence on Elizabeth Circle, where officers from the Vicksburg Police Department and personnel from the Vicksburg Fire Department responded to a shooting call at approximately 7:56 p.m. Upon arrival, they found RaShawn suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest.
