Death by Force

On May 28, 2024, 45-year-old Shandrick "Black" Montgomery was fatally shot in the chest on Locust Street in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Vicksburg Police Department (VPD) officers responded to the scene shortly after 11:00 p.m., where they found Montgomery lying in the street; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
