Nathan Carter, a 50-year-old Army veteran, was found deceased in his vehicle on July 24, 2021, in Meridian, Mississippi. The vehicle was located in the vicinity of the Village Apartments and a CEFCO convenience store on Mosby Road. An investigation into his death determined that he had been fatally shot.
