Tajh Hikeem Forbes, Sr., a 30-year-old resident of Meridian, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2019. Forbes was fatally shot outside a makeshift bar located at the intersection of 20th Avenue and 17th Street in Meridian. According to police reports, Forbes had left the bar and was seated in the driver's seat of his car with an unidentified passenger when Marcus Wooten, a Meridian native, approached the vehicle and fired multiple shots into the driver's side.
