In the late hours of a Monday night in Meridian, Mississippi, a well-known and beloved member of the downtown community, Bobby Ray Armstrong, met a tragic and violent end. The 55-year-old man, who was deaf and mute, was discovered shot multiple times in the back in the 600 block of 33rd Avenue.
