Quran Wells, a 26-year-old resident of Summit, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on March 18, 2022. The incident occurred on Delaney Drive in Pike County, where Wells was shot twice in the back. The shooting also injured a 3-year-old boy, who was shot in the foot. The Pike County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene after receiving a call from a woman who reported that her grandson had been shot and her daughter's boyfriend, Quran Wells, had been critically injured.
