In the early morning hours of March 12, 1992, the tranquility of Mohawk Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was shattered by a grim discovery. The body of 39-year-old Timothy Lee Warren, a Caucasian male, was found by a park employee on the shores of a lagoon. An investigation would later reveal that he had been shot twice in the head with what was determined to be a. 22 caliber revolver.
