In the late summer evening of August 27, 2016, in the small town of Spencer, Oklahoma, the lively atmosphere of a local rodeo was shattered by the eruption of gunfire. When the chaos subsided, two young lives had been tragically cut short. Among the victims was 17-year-old Brandon Beiner, a male who found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Another teenager, 14-year-old Mark Carter, also lost his life in the violent outbreak.
