In the fall of 2016, a chain of violent crimes culminated in the tragic death of 27-year-old Wilmer Flores. Originally from Honduras, Mr. Flores became the victim of a brutal kidnapping and homicide that ended in Tulsa's Mohawk Park. His life was cut short on October 11, 2016, when he was fatally shot.
