In the late hours of a Sunday night in Norman, Oklahoma, tragedy befell 20-year-old Nathaniel William Ewing, a male student at the University of Oklahoma. On the eve of what would have been his twentieth birthday, he found himself the target of an apparent robbery in the parking lot of the Willow Brook apartment complex on East Lindsey Street.
