In the late hours of a September night in 2017, the life of 33-year-old Noah Ruff, a Black / African American man, was tragically cut short in Oklahoma City. On September 23rd, Ruff became a victim of gun violence, a sudden and brutal end to the life of a man remembered by loved ones as fun, loving, and a father.
