In the early morning hours of August 16, 2019, a large fight broke out in the 400 block of Vail Circle in Oklahoma City, near the Broadway Extension and Hefner Road. When police arrived on the scene, they discovered the body of 27-year-old Robert Wilkins in the front yard of a residence. An African American male, Wilkins had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
