In the fading light of a Sunday evening in Del City, Oklahoma, the life of 18-year-old Donyea Robinson was tragically cut short by a sudden burst of violence. On November 10, 2019, the young man, a male, was seated in a parked car near Southeast 15th Street and Sunnylane Drive when the unexpected occurred.
