On a summer day in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 23-year-old Farron Cooper, a Black / African American male, was tragically killed. On August 9, 2022, not long after being released from jail, Cooper was shot in the stomach and leg near North Frankfort Avenue. He was rushed to a local hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
