Beelee Chang, a 20-year-old from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on July 25, 2014. The incident occurred just before midnight near the intersection of 51st and Lisbon. Chang was seated in a vehicle alongside Jack Yang when they were both shot by Do Thao, a 23-year-old concealed carry permit holder. According to reports, Chang was shot in the back of the head and died at the scene, while Yang sustained multiple gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries two days later.
