Donell Banks, 22, a Black male, was found shot to death in the early morning of November 27, 2015, in Milwaukee. Neighbors near North Sherman Boulevard and West Fiebrantz Avenue told reporters they heard gunfire around 3:30 a.m. A homeowner later discovered Banks' body in the backyard around 7:00 a.m., a scene jarringly close to children's toys.
