In a tragic turn of events on February 26, 2025, a 49-year-old man, Charles A. Williams Sr., was shot and killed in an apartment building near 27th and Highland in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident unfolded in the late afternoon, just before 5 p.m., in the second-floor hallway in front of an elevator.
