Hy'kyme Quayme Hayes, a 20-year-old male, was found deceased on Thursday, August 7, 2014, in Beloit, Wisconsin. His death was the result of a gunshot wound. He was discovered in the 500 block of Eighth Street.

Initially investigated as a potential homicide, the Beloit Police Department later concluded that Hayes's death was a suicide. This determination was announced by the police chief in an update on city homicides from that year. While the death was ruled self-inflicted, the investigat ...
