José Israel 'PJ' Carruthers-Paramo, a 16-year-old from Beloit, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2014. PJ was a student at the Beloit Learning Academy and was known for his social nature and leadership qualities. He was deeply loved by his family and friends, and his untimely death left a significant void in the community.
