In the early evening of March 11, 2019, the life of 21-year-old Treron L. White, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in a shooting in Beloit, Wisconsin. The incident, which also left two others injured, was described by authorities as a targeted event, shattering the sense of security for some in the community.
