Peter Arthur Larsen, a dedicated patrol officer with the Beloit Police Department, tragically passed away on November 15, 1998, at the age of 51. His death was the result of a gunshot wound he sustained 14 years earlier, on January 4, 1985, while responding to a kidnapping complaint.
