In the early hours of a Saturday morning in August 2014, the life of 20-year-old Keenan M. Harris, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On August 16, Harris was at a party in an apartment located in the 800 block of N. 22nd St. when a dispute escalated into violence just before 3 a.m.
