Jaquan Howard, a 19-year-old from Milwaukee, was charged with felony murder and possession of a firearm by a felon in connection with Henry-Boston's death. The complaint details that Howard, wearing a black mask and carrying a semi-automatic handgun, approached the vehicle, turned off the engine, and began to rob Williams and Henry-Boston. During the robbery, Howard took approximately $700 from Williams, along with the title to the vehicle and Williams' driver's license. Williams reported hearing a struggle between Howard and Henry-Boston, followed by two gunshots. After the shooting, Howard fled the scene.
The investigation revealed that Henry-Boston's death was the result of a robbery gone wrong. Larrell Williams, who was present during the incident, also faced charges for possession of a firearm by a felon. The Medical Examiner confirmed that Henry-Boston died from the gunshot wounds he sustained during the robbery. If convicted on all counts, Jaquan Howard could face up to 65 years in prison and $25,000 in fines.
