On a warm summer evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 20-year-old Hispanic male Alexis Martinez-Castorena was tragically cut short. On July 24, 2022, Alexis was spending time with his brother and cousin outside his mother's home in the 1500 block of S. 22nd Street. What began as a peaceful conversation between family members soon turned into a fatal encounter.
