A 23-year-old Black man, Clayton L. Mosley, was shot and killed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 4, 2015. The shooting occurred in the 700 block of S. 22nd St. on a holiday marked by violence in the city. The incident is believed to have taken place shortly after a fireworks display at the nearby Mitchell Park.
