In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on the afternoon of March 9, 2015, a gathering at a friend's duplex for a barbecue took a tragic turn, ending the life of 23-year-old Rumeal Meatheney. An argument, the specifics of which remain unclear to witnesses, broke out between Meatheney and another man, 34-year-old Robbie L. Fields.
